A fractured right wrist and left elbow won't stop Ed Sheeran from performing in Bangkok next month.

Last week the pop singer sent shockwaves throughout Asia with a post on Instagram of his arm in a cast after a bicycle accident. That led to the postponement of concerts in Taipei (Oct 22), Osaka (Oct 25), Seoul (Oct 29), Tokyo (Oct 31, Nov 1) and Hong Kong (Nov 4-5).

Thankfully, an official statement has allayed fears that the Nov 16 concert in Bangkok could be added to that list.

The "Shape of You" singer's Asia tour will now commence on Nov 11 in Singapore, before stopping off at Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Mumbai and Dubai.

Shows in Osaka, Tokyo and Manila will be rescheduled to April 2018, while the others have been canceled altogether while Sheeran recuperates.
