Bangkok's First Plant-Based Dinner with Wine Pairing

French chef Jean-Christian Jury wrote the book on vegan cuisine—literally. His Phaidon published tome, Vegan: The Cookbook, has become an authority on meat-and-dairy-free cooking that tastes great. This Jun 6, Jury will be in Bangkok at Avani hotel’s Attitude rooftop restaurant, where he’ll prepare a seven-course plant-based dinner with wine pairing (B2,900) that he swears has the flavors and textures to satisfy vegans and carnivores alike. Beyond the salads, Jury will prepare cashew nut-cream-stuffed ravioli, zucchini spaghetti, vegan camembert and raspberry-chocolate cheesecake, to name just some of the courses.
