Your guide to celebrating Negroni Week in Bangkok

Since launching in 2013, Negroni Week has grown into a worldwide week of negroni specials to raise money for various charities.
Whether serving up a classic take on the Campari-vermouth-gin recipe, or adding their own twist, last year saw bars across the world combine to raise US$537,439 for charitable causes.
This year the celebration of the bittersweet three-ingredient cocktail will take place on Jun 4-10, with some of Bangkok's bars getting in on the action.
See below for some of the special drinks on offer and remember to drink up (responsibly, of course)—a portion of every negroni you buy goes to a good cause.
Penthouse Bar + Grill
On Jun 4, a front door donation of B1,000 gets you free-flow Campari cocktails from 8-10pm. Proceeds to Water for People.

On Jun 5, a front door donation of B700 gets you free flow Campari cocktails and tapas from 7:30-8:30pm. During the week, US$1 of each Negroni goes to 4DekDoi Project.

For every negroni cocktail ordered the bar will donate B35 to The Thai Red Cross Society. On Jun 6, from 8-9pm, the full price of every negroni sold (B150) will be donated.

On Jun 8, donate at the door for free-flow selected Campari cocktails from 7-8pm with all proceeds to Operation Smile Thailand. During the week, B50 from each participating drink will be donated.

On Jun 9, a front-door donation gets you free-flow Campari cocktails from 8:30-9:30pm, with proceeds to the Soi Dog Charity.

Just A Drink (Maybe)
Try the classical-love-film-inspired Life is Beautiful (B450) for a mix of Malfy Gin Amaro Montenegro with Mancino Vermouth Bianco that strikes a balance between citrus and bitterness. Proceeds go to the Susan G. Koman foundation for breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

Head barman Danny Yeung whips up three special drinks, including a Thai-inspired negroni (B350) made with goji berry- and ginger-infused gin and bittermelon bitters. Proceeds to Share Cancer Support.

Enjoy Negroni, Asian Delight and Boulevadier cocktails at B250 per glass or B700 per flight.

Vogue Lounge
Buy-one-get-one-free on negronis between 5-9 pm, with proceeds to the Chaipattana Foundation.
