(Updated!) Bangkok's Pride Month 2025 is in full swing and these are the events to check out
Love is love.
Last year’s party was no joke. Parliament passed legislation in June of 2024 to make Thailand the first country in Southeast Asia to legalize gay marriage—kicking of one heck of a celebration. Finally becoming legal in September of last year, this is the first Bangkok Pride with marriage equality and we are here for it. This list is coming at you early, so we’ll be updating it every Monday until June 16. Expect this list to get a lot bigger.
Yankii, which you probably already know about from their robotaki food, will be bringing in the queens for a Pride Month takeover with Kandy Zyanide and Ze Pee. But, and trust us on this, don’t forget the food. More info here.
Drag comes to Becka Bar, featuring Miss Piranya and Lucy Bull, starting at 8pm for a one time event, and if you come in drag yourself, you get a free cocktail. Tickets are B999 now and B1,299 at the door. More info here.
For the fifth year running, the Pride Film Festival at Kimpton Maa-Lai will be playing Malila: The Farewell Flower 2017 on June 13, followed by a triple feature showing the next day of Miseducation of Cameron Post, God’s Won Country, and the classic The Adventures of Pricilla, Queen of the Desert. At a one-night only event starting at 6pm, Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park Hotel’s Tap It will be putting on a drag show featuring Samila and Daisiediese for a night of singing and performance. More info here.
It’s a Pride celebration, pool party, and music event all rolled into one, featuring a whole night of high-energy fun at NYSA Hotel pool. There’s a line up of more than half a dozen performers for this epic night, and it will be hosted by Namesis and with tunes from DJ Marisa. More info here.
Bar.Yard is the best rooftop spot in town—and that’s not our opinion, it’s settled law. This party kicks off at 9:45pm, and will feature Meannie Minaj, Zepee, and Kandy Zyanide. It’ll be four shows in one night. More info here.
We have Pride parties, Pride marches, and Pride celebrations, but this is the only Pride fiesta in Bangkok. Expect tunes, as ever, from DJ Pepe, as well as a live band, themed cocktails, and a drag show. More info here.
The Wholesome Run Club will be meeting twice in June for a Pride Run, starting at 7am for both June 14 and 28, a collaboration with Meep Meep Run Club. More info here.
The Warehouse in Talad Noi is throwing Bangkok Community Pride with Bangkok Community Radio. You can expect music, art, and camaraderie to spotlight local queer voices. More info here.
Bangkok is always there for a good party, and this certainly isn’t their first Pride Cruise. On the night, the city’s coolest floating club will feature drag performances from Amora, DJ Tannix, and karaoke. More info here.
This is a collaboration with AmCham, AustCham, and BCCT for a Pride Month afternoon tea. With special speaker Stephanie Galera, this event will be discussing business and LGBTQI+ inclusion. More info here.
With a total of eight performances, this party starts at 3pm and will continue until late with shows from House of Heals, DJ Plam, Expo, DJ Boboza, DJ James, and Rainny. More info here.
Get in the mood for signature cocktails, a drag show, and tunes for a night of celebrating your best life in Asoke starting at 6pm The party is at W XYZ Bar, so you should book your tickets in advance. More info here.
From 1-7pm on Juen 28, Earth House will be all about Pride. The dress code is rainbows and animals for this bottomless drag brunch, complete with drag bingo and three queen performances. More info here.
At Dusit D2 at Samyan Bangkok starting at 5pm, the party kicks off with a Rainbow Rooftop T-dance Party with special BOGO deals, and whoever has the Rainbow Glitter Dress goes home with a bottle of Canard-Duchene Champagne Extra Brut P181. More info here.
