China: Luxury in the Details


Get a glimpse of Chinese art, culture and craftsmanship with this exhibition of rare artifacts from across China’s most prevalent dynasties. There will also be a space dedicated to “The Chinatown Effect,” a showcase of work by students from Chulalongkorn’s International Program in Design and Architecture (INDA). The exhibition will run until Jul 28, with the opening event on Jun 29. Just a short boat ride away from The Jam Factory (see above), why not make a gallery hopping trip of it?

Exhibition Opening - "I would rather have a sandwich"

Artists Albert Allgaier from Austria and José Oliveira from Portugal have joined together to create an art exhibition that uses a full-scale working model of a sandwich shop as a means to investigate the relationship between contemporary art, consumerism and everyday life.
