The Muay Thai legend has 276 kickboxing fights while his opponent, Kota Miura, has zero.

In his first match at Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium in 18 years, the legendary Buakaw Banchamek will face 20-year-old MMA fighter Kota Miura from the Land of Rising Sun.
 
The exhibition kickboxing match will start at 9:15pm on August 19. After the battle, hip-hop singer Joey Boy and artists from Gancore Club will perform on the stage. Tickets are available online, ranging from B1,000 to B6,000.
 
Buakaw, 40, is a two-time K-1 champion and six-time world muay Thai champion. He is regarded by many as one of the greatest muay Thai fighters of all time. He holds an incredible record of 276 career fights with 240 wins. 
 
Miura, the son of legendary Japanese footballer Kazuyoshi Miura, has recorded one official MMA match, which he won via technical knockout. This fight will also mark the first kickboxing match of Miura’s career.
