Boo! The Halloween festivities begin this weekend, with pro-wrestling, drag shows, live music, and more.

Dok Kaew House Bar will be inviting the craft beer of Chiang Mai for a pairing event with northern Thai dishes and five styles of craft beer from the Chiang Mai brand inside the Thai traditional wooden venue at Dok Kaew House. More info here, Dok Kaew House

Winner of the BAD Award 2024 for Best Dive Bar, Fatty’s Bar and Diner is putting on one of their famous sausage fests for Halloween with a costume contest and music from Aliens on Earth, Magic Carpet, Matthew Fischer, John Lindsey, Su San, and, aptly, Plague Pits. Join the Comedy Club Bangkok for an improv performance of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, featuring the tunes, jokes, and a whole new way to think about audience participation. Who doesn’t like pizza and day drinking games? This Saturday, Chim Chim is hosting its “Backyard Boogie” pizza party from 2-7pm. Expect five hours of artisan pizzas and awesome wines from Wine Garage, who will have folks on site to advise on pairings. For those that are more competitive, try your hand at wine pong or an old school game of cornhole. There will be a DJ on site spinning house, funk, hip hop, and some 90s classics. Kangkao celebrates Halloween with a sci-fi theme, with stories and tunes like the threat from AI. Look for Thai artists like Hicham, Hakim, and more. This one starts early at 1pm but the party will keep going until late. Tickets here, 515 Victory
