Hola Shaka's summer music and water sports festival returns to Riverdale Marina on April 27 with an ambitious lineup, including two international headliners, Grammy Award nominee and Brit Awards winner James Bay, and LA-based electronic dance duo Neil Frances, including Thai rapper Milli and ten other Thai artists and DJs.
