The Great Upheaval: Mapping Calvino’s World

After receiving a commission for the cover of Calvino’s newest novel, Dance Me to the End of Time, Artist Edward Cassgrande journeys to explore 30 years of Vincent Calvino’s work by depicting the journey of the Thai-based Canadian Noir author’s crime novels through a series of prints.

Our Daddy Always Looks Down on Us

An extension of the new short story “Patience is the Treasure of A Well-Mannered Person”, Jirat Prasertsup delves into the stories held at the core of Thai historical identity. In his exhibition, Prasertsup investigates the influence of these stories on Thai nationalism and as a tool to obscure faults within the system.

Longlay Beach Life Festival 2020

Cha Am’s version of (beachside) Glastonbury is back this Dec 5-6 with over two days and two nights of music and beachside activities. 40-plus leading Thai artists and DJs will perform across two stages. Opt for the Whale Stage if you’re into music with instruments and singers, or the Octopus Stage if you’re more into raving.

Mooban Wonder

Following the postponement of the 2020 Wonderfruit festival, the folks behind Pattaya’s answer to Coachella are back with a season-long spinoff for Thai residents. Moobaan Wonder turns The Fields at Siam Country Club into a space for over 200 performers, 40 food outlets, and 80 Thai design stores from across Thailand.
