The official Apple store has just opened in Hong Kong a few weeks ago, but Tim Cook might want to hurry up on Thailand, because BlackBerry is making a move on Siam with the opening of its BlackBerry Lifestyle Store at Siam Paragon. The store is co-managed by Thai phone retailer Jaymart but doesn’t look anything like those chockablock BTS booths, thankfully. The futuristic-designed store not only displays and sells all models of BlackBerry phones, it also aims to provide product consulting, workshops and services—just like a real Apple store would. To celebrate the opening, BlackBerry runs a 50% off campaign on Sep 29 for all phones and accessories.
3/F, Siam Paragon, 02-610-9779.
