The Yard Hostel in Ari has taken to the streets with The Yard Grocery, a grocery cart selling organic products from small-scale Thai farms that are suffering losses due to the Covid-19 restaurant closures. The array of fresh fruit and vegetables currently includes mangoes, melons, guava, mangosteen, coconuts, carrots, radishes and salad, sourced from farms in Supanburi, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Buriram. On top of this, you can expect to find items from the area’s cafes, bars and restaurants, such as fresh baked goods from Landhaus, burgers from Paper Butter, coffee from Porcupine Cafe and bottled plum juice from Fruit Bar. Catch them cruising around Phaholyothin sois 5, 7 and 9 from around 4-7pm daily.
