All-day dim sum restaurant Yum Cha will be broadening its menu this December with Japanese-inspired twists on Chinese favorites.
This includes a spin on hotpot “Sake Tapino” which features a broth laced with sake, poured from a traditional tokkuri. The set starts with crispy salmon skin that comes with a salty-spicy powder dip, followed by a tableside soup with sliced Kurobuta pork. Other items available include prawns, udon tofu, enoki mushrooms and bok choy.
