VIU Restaurant (12/F, The St. Regis Bangkok, Ratchadamri Rd., Bangkok, 02-207-7777) is teaming up with Diageo Moet Hennessey to introduce the Dom Perignon Grand Sunday Brunch comprising a 3-course menu along with unlimited premium Dom Perignon Champagne from 12:30-4pm at B7,900 per person. More of a proper sit-down brunch than your normal buffet, your table will be set up with a seafood platter including king crab, sea urchin, Boston lobster and Tsarskaya oyster, followed by sautéed mussels and clams. You can get more dishes from the food counter or order specially-prepared selections like the truffle-scented scrambled eggs with marinated salmon. The brunch is held every first Sunday of the month; the next on Sep 2.
