V9 has gone out of business and its space is now opened as Scarlett (37/F Sofitel Silom, 188 Silom Rd., 089-108-8744) and is going for a much more casual wine bar vibe. It still boasts the same stunning views, but also offers a new terrace. The menu was designed by Chef Manuel Martinez, the owner of two-Michelin-star restaurant, Le Relais Louis XIII. Highlights include the pan-seared beef tenderloin and 12-hour braised beef cheek (B1,200) and river pike dumpling with Chardonnay sauce (B760).
