Tokyo-based chef Keisuke Takeda, who opened ramen joint Keisuke Tokyo, has opened brand new spot Tonkotsu King. 

Takeda was actually crowned TV Tokyo's Ramen King of 2011 so we like to think those folk know a thing or two about noodles. We certainly can't wait to try some black or red spicy tonkotsu ramen (from $11.80).
