From Sep 3-14, Westin Grande’s buffet dining restaurant Seasonal Tastes welcomes chef Allen Huang from its sister hotel in Guangzhou, China, Westin Pazhou.
 
Specializing in dim sum and hand-pulled noodles, chef Huang draws on 30 years’ experience to showcase creations like steamed fresh mushroom dumplings, deep-fried durian pastry, steamed shrimp dumplings with bamboo, xiao long bao, steamed pork and chives dumplings, steamed Chaozhou dumplings, deep-fried sweet potato dumplings and the signature sweetened mango puree with sago and grapefruit.
 
The weekday lunch is priced at B1,190 while the weekend supper is B2,290 and Sunday lunch B2,490.
