Taste a five-course beer-pairing dinner from local craftsmen
Local ingredients and local beers in Bangkok's Old Town.
Two of the Old Town's finest, Seven Spoons and Mad Moa, are hooking up with their craft brew friends Udomsuk Brewing to host a beer-pairing dinner this Aug 1-2.
The five-course Local Craftsmen Comfort Food and Craft Beer Pairing Event will pack together American comfort dishes like head cheese, nacho salad, sliders, ribs and donuts, with every dish made from scratch, from local ingredients, by Seven Spoon's master chef Somkiet Pairojmahakij and Mad Moa's Pavee Bhayunvej. Expect dishes with artisanal twists, like coffee-rubbed ribs with stout glaze and beer-braised burger patties.
The food will be paired with craft beers from Udomsuk Brewing such as Udomsuk Lambic (Belgian-style sour ale) and Udomsuk Amber (American-style amber ale).
The meal will be accompanied by music from DJ Ruarn Ratchata (of Apartment Khun Pa) and 15 percent of profits will go towards supporting the Resilient Homes initiative in Nepal.
B1,950 per person. Reservations can be made at either restaurant or by phone at 086-071-6102. See the flyer below.
