Chef Michel Eschmann of Tables has just added a whole lot of steak to their fine-dining dinner menu. The menu now features beef from America, Japan (Kagoshima) and Australia. Try the Australian angus beef chateaubriand (B2,500 for 560 grams), prime Nebraska beef tenderloin (B1,800 for 220g) or Kagoshima wagyu beef sirloin (B2,800 for 250 grams).
