J’aime by Jean-Michel Lorain is rolling out a new Sunday brunch. The Chandon Sunday brunch offers all-you-can-eat French specialties with premium produce like Alaskan king crabs and traditional Lyon charcuteries from Michel Augier. It's a three-course brunch with all appetizer served to your tables while you can take your time selecting the main.
Dishes include Lorain’s innovative creations like pan-seared foie gras, stuffed sous-vide quail with braised garden vegetables and jus brun with tomato water gastrique. You can also expect more comforting dishes like egg yolk confit with fried egg white, cheese fondue and melting pork belly. Desserts include fruit salad, lemon meringue tart , crepe with chocolate sauce and pistachio cream with raspberry sauce.
The brunch runs every Sunday from noon-3pm, priced at B3,999 with free-flow Chandon and B2,999 for food only. Reservations recommended.
