VIU Restaurant on the 12/F of The St. Regis Bangkok Hotel is teaming up with Diageo Moet Hennessey to introduce the super luxurious Dom Perignon Grand Sunday Brunch which comprises a 3-course menu along with unlimited servings of premium Dom Perigon Champagne from 12:30-4pm at B7,900 per person. This is more of a proper sit-down brunch rather than a brunch buffet—your booked table will be set up with the first course, a super fresh seafood platter including king crab, sea urchin, Boston lobster and Tsarskaya oyster, with the second course being sautéed mussels and clams. And you can still get more dishes from the food counter or order specially-prepared selections like the truffle-scented scrambled eggs with marinated salmon or eggs benedict served with pan fried foie gras. The grill also offers choices of Scottish salmon medallion, Australian wagyu rib eye and Australian lamb chop. Dessert is served as a high tea with pastries. The brunch is only held every first Sunday of the month (Next is Aug 5).
