Ploen Chit’s beachy rooftop lounge Siwilai City Club is reopening its doors for dine-in and dishing out a new menu, too, using locally-sourced ingredients from regions across Thailand with progressive flair.

Among the new dishes, you’ll find chicken meatballs (or Isaan-style tsukune) served with jaew sauce (B180), Khon Kaen wagyu rice bowls with pickled egg yolk and mushroom relish (B600), and Thai-style salmon tartare with a spicy, herby sauce (B220). You can also order all-time favorites, like ox tongue with red holy basil (B450) and gai yang 2018 (grilled turmeric-marinated chicken with a sawtooth and turmeric emulsion, crispy onions and turmeric powder; B370).

You can still get all these dishes for takeout or delivery, too. Orders can be placed via Line @siwilaibkk or Lineman (free delivery within 5km for orders above B300; additional B10/kilometer).
