Every weekend from Jun 5-Jul 19, the Sheraton Grande's Orchid Cafe features a buffet of freshly-caught and shipped, sustainable seafood, which they claim is served hours after its arrival on Thai shores. 

On Saturdays, these fresh delicacies are served in a dedicated new buffet called the American Sustainable Seafood Weekend Feast (B1,950++ for adults; B1,000++ for children), while on Sundays the seafood dishes are added to the hotel’s Jazzy Sunday Brunch (B2,500++ per head including free-flow drinks). 

Highlights include Hammersley Inlet and Kumamoto oysters, Alaskan snow crab, line-caught cod, Alaskan scallops, sockeye salmon and Penn Cove mussels. Also don't miss the peekytoe Maine crabcakes.
