Head Chef Sakkarin Kansorn of the luxurious Chinese restaurant Shang Palace at the Shangri-la Hotel is serving up new dishes that add extra twists to old dim sum favorites.

Some of the unusual Chinese nibbles include xiao long bao with goose liver and pork (B120), spinach shumai (B100) and poh pia gung (rice rolls with shrimp, fried banana and wasabi, B120).

Ride the BTS and take a long lunch as they’re only available at lunchtime (11am-2:30pm) through Mar 31.

The restaurant was only recently reopened after extensive renovations last year.
