The executive chefs at Kamon Japanese Restaurant & Steakhouse (2/F, The Sukosol Bangkok, 477 Si Ayuthaya Rd., 02-247-0123) are currently showcasing dishes that feature fugu (blowfish), a staple of Japanese cuisine every winter. The fugu is being served in a la carte dishes ranging from sushi and sashimi (B2,000) to fugu hot pot (B2,000), noodles and more. There's also a lunch set available in more than 20 dishes starting from B299. With fugu season almost over, the promotion runs until the end of this month.
