The global spin-offs keep on coming. This time around, it’s the Eastin flying in a wine restaurant  Luce (14/F, Eastin Grand Sathorn, 33/1 South Sathorn Rd., Bangkok, 02-210-8100. www.eastingrandsathorn.com) promises Italian cuisine with a twist created by Italian Chef Roberto Bellitti who previously worked with many renowned chefs including Chris Galvin and Gary Rhodes. The restaurant will also stock—and retail—Frescobaldi and Luce wines. There’s an outdoor space and a dining room overlooking the Chaophraya River for you to sit and tuck into black ink cannelloni stuffed with broccoli and tiger prawns served in crustacean bisque (B500) or Sicilian tuna fillet on black olive powder served with confit cherry tomatoes, capers and orange dressing (B520).
