Le Du and Potong will play host to dining powerhouses on Oct 19 and Oct 20 respectively, as eight hands take to unique perspectives on modern dining. The dinner will endeavor to combine spices and flavors from Indian, Thai, and Chinese cuisines.

Celebrity chefs Chefs Pichaya “Pam” Utharntharm and Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn will be well-known to fans of fine dining in Bangkok. Chef Ton is behind Baan, Nusara, Samut, and more, while TopChef judge Chef Pam is behind Potong and The Table—among others. Joining these two powerhouses are chefs Dej Kewkacha of Kyo Bar and Chef Varun Totlani of Masque Restaurant.

Fifty guests can make the first event at Le Du on Oct 19, and 30 can reserve for Potong on the 20th. Reservations can be made through Potong.
