Last year's hit Israeli pop-up dinner returns to Quince this month
This is one not to miss.
Last year in June, Quince held one of 2016's most talked-about dinners when they invited Israeli chef Pierre Bouko-Levy from Paris’s cult favorite, Miznon, to cook at the restaurant.
Now, Pierre Bouko-Levy's back at Quince this Apr 18-23, where he'll once again be praparing his honest and simple dishes that truly let the ingredients shine: charred cauliflower with tahini; soft, hand-made pita stuffed with juicy slow-cooked lamb; roast chicken; and vegetarian-friendly ratatouille and choux farci (cabbage rolls)—all of which are available on the a la carte menus at both lunch and dinner.
Prices are yet to be announced, but if last year's results are anything to go by, they'll be worth it.
