Phuket’s 13-years-and-running Italian restaurant Acqua opened its second branch in Bangkok last year and is now open for lunch starting today (Jan 24), 12-2pm.

You can expect the familiar Sardinian tastes and dishes by chef Alessandro Frau. You can select three courses for the lunch set menu (B1,500) out of the 12 options the chef offers.

Diners can choose burrata with heirloom tomatoes, Taggiasche olives, and parma ham as well as grilled eggplant rolls stuffed with truffle ricotta cheese and asparagus on a roasted eggplant mash for a starter, or you can opt for spaghetti with cacio e pepe and mixed mushrooms. For the main course, try wood-fired baby spring chicken, rosemary, and truffle roasted potatoes.

There are three dessert options: the restaurant's signature lemon tart, Baba Napoletano soaked in dark rum served with mixed berries and Chantilly cream, or cinnamon flavored panna cotta with fresh berry sauce.

Lunch hours are from 12-2pm, Tue-Sun, and the regular dinner menu is also available to order on top of your lunch set if needed.
