A new brunch spot in town serving comfort Catalan dishes with elevated twists.
Park Hyatt’s Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine is launching a Sunday afternoon brunch, starting May 21, from midday to 3pm.

The price for the brunch is B2,900, and you’ll get Cava and other Spanish drinks with a twist. For a main course and side dishes for sharing, you get a selection of arros caldos de escamarlans i carxofes (langoustine with artichoke & juice rice), xai de llet (milk fed lamb), anec amb foie (duck breast and foie with px reduction), col farcida amb butifarra negra (cabbage and blood sausage), and timbal de patates i mongeta (potatoes and green beans).

For dessert, you’re welcome to move to the poolside shaded terrace and enjoy a cigalo—a delicious fusion drink of coffee and brandy.

Catalan-born chef Ferran Tadeo moved to Bangkok from Hong Kong’s La Rambla to take over Park Hyatt’s Embassy Room after each day after the breakfast service is complete, turning it into the city’s newest Catalonian restaurant. Inspired by his heritage with Catalan cuisine and family recipes, Chef Tadeo is putting this uncommon style of food in the spotlight.
