Mihara Tofuten

It’s a landmark—the world’s first omakase restaurant focused soley on tofu. Renowned chef and Bangkok culinary icon Gaggan Anand designed the concept after a trip to Japan. It’s an innovative and thorough concept. The restaurant not only has tofu milk and tofu noodles, it even created tofu cheesecake. It’s not only just tofu though. Expect delicacies that also feature Kobe Beef, wagyu, fresh sea urchin, roe and more.
