This new weekend brunch buffet is heaven for kebab lovers
A Saturday well spent at The House of Sathorn.
Chef Fatih Tutak delves into his Turkish roots for the new all-you-can-eat buffet at The House of Sathorn.
Istanbul-born Tutak, whose The Dining Room placed #21 in Top Tables 2018, and his team take charge of the rotisserie to present their take on cag kebab, a traditional Turkish dish of marinated lamb stacked in an iron skewer and slow-cooked over charcoal.
To mop all the flavors of the the juicy, fat-dripping meat, there's also pillowy soft bread (lavas), to go with with Bulghur rice and various other veggie sides.
Running every Saturday until Jul 28, the brunch takes place alfresco-style at The Courtyard from noon to 3pm. The prices is B1,199/person and another B699 for free-flow beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
