Michelin-starred Igniv puts on a vegetarian menu from Sep 29-Oct 3
Igniv brings in guest chef Timo Fritsche for a four-hands veggie course menu in Bangkok
Igniv Bangkok will put on a sustainable, plant-based menu from Igniv head chef David Hartwig who will team up with guest chef Timo Fritsche from Oz by Andreas Caminada in Switzerland, which offers a completely vegetarian menu.
The menu for the “4-hands Vegetarian Fine Dining Sharing Experience at Igniv Bangkok'' will also showcase Fritsche’s signature fermentation techniques. Oz with Timo Fritsche is known for using most of the 700 different produce and herbs that grow around the Schloss Schauenstein.
Igniv is the first of the brand outside of Switzerland and garnered its first star in the 2022 edition of Michelin Guide Thailand.
The menu is available for lunch and dinner from Sep 29-Oct 3 for B4,000 per person on the ground floor of The St Regis Bangkok.
