Michel Roux founded one of the top restaurants in Great Britain. But don’t hold that against him.

In the ‘70s, the French culinary legend was responsible for revolutionizing what fine dining meant on the famously culinary-challenged isle. Today, his restaurant, The Waterside Inn, remains a three-Michelin-star gastronomic temple.

Book your seat at Le Normandie when he comes to town this Sep 25-30 to present a masterclass in old-school French fine dining.

A five-course lunch is B4,900 and seven-course dinner is B8,900, featuring dishes like roasted fillet of turbot with a matignon of vegetable and red prawn, and chicken jus flavored with shiitake mushrooms.

There will also be a seven-course wine dinner at B12,900 on Sep 30.
