Julien Royer's new restaurant, Odette, is opening Nov 2 at the National Gallery
He left Jaan to open a new French fine dining place.
We reported a while back that the charming and exceedingly talented Julien Royer was leaving Pellegrino-blessed JAAN to join the Lo & Behold Group (of Loof, The Black Swan and The White Rabbit fame) and start a fine dining restaurant at the National Gallery. We thought it was an unexpected and bold move and were excited to see what would happen.
Well, our (and your) waiting days are numbered. Odette is opening Nov 2 (fingers crossed) at the new National Gallery, and is a French fine dining restaurant inspired by Royer's (surprise, surprise) grandmother's recipes and love of seasonal ingredients.
No word on the menu and sneak peeks yet, but you can go online and sign up for a reservation.
And don't forget, there's also ilLido's sexy new restaurant Aura already open at the National Gallery.
