This Jan 6-10, chef Andrea Asoli visits Vertigo Too to showcase his interpretation of Venetian cuisine.

Chef Asoli, who used to work with three other young chefs at restaurant-slash-laboratory Venissa, where he earned a coveted Michelin star before he turned 30, is known for his modern spin on seasonal, local produce.

He's now heading the kitchen at a spinoff, Rubacuori by Venissa, exporting the lab's creative fare to Milan.

His five-course set menu is priced at B4,500 while there are also some a la carte items on offer.
