We love rumors, especially when they concern our favorite celebrity chef Ian Kittichai. The latest is that he’ll have a new venue opening soon on Sukhumvit Soi 49. Tentatively named Smith, the place takes its culinary cue from famous London restaurant St John’s, which has built a reputation on nose-to-tail-eating, creating traditional, earthy dishes out of lesser known cuts of meat and offal.
