Hyde & Seek unveils new weekend brunch menu

Ruamrudee institution Hyde & Seek may be better known for its after-dark cocktail scene, but its food remains no after-thought.
To appease the daytime crowds, chef Peter Pitakwong has just rolled out a new brunch menu with a focus on classic American items.
Served on weekends from 11am-5pm, the menu highlights include the Hyde & Seek Benedict (B330) served with shellfish Hollandaise and Pete's delicious glazed bacon, Southern-style shrimp and grits (B395), blackened fish (B395), and savory (B310) and sweet French toast (B210).

In related news, we can reveal that the Hyde & Seek empire will be expanding to Melbourne, Australia, where it will open shop mid-2016.
