A knockout deal at the innovative urban-farm eatery

If you haven’t made it to the leafy urban farm that is Haoma, you’re really missing out. Combining ingredients grown on-site with fresh local produce from around the country, chef Deepanker "DK" Khosla turns out dishes that reference his Indian roots and take inspiration from Thai recipes but are something new altogether.

This Mar 22-24 and 26-30, as part of BK's Top Tables Champions dinner series, chef DK is offering a special 12-course menu at just B1,990++/person—that's how much it usually costs for a nine-course at Haoma. Talk about bang for baht!

So, what's on the menu? You'll start with Galauti Cornets, a traditional Indian street food dish of mushrooms and spices given a modern twist, followed by Oyster & Corn Tartar, combining local oyster, cilantro, corn and yuzu lemon.

The menu contains other nods to Indian classics, while there are also dishes showcasing free-range duck and even Haoma-raised fish.

The intriguingly named "Me in a Bowl" combines char-broiled chicken, makhani sorbet and pickles, and is described as the first thing the chef eats when he goes back home every year. See here for the full Top Tables Champions menu.
