The former head chef of Mrs. Maria and Mr. Singh, chef Gabriela Espinosa, is doing a collaboration with Phrom Phong’s casual Polish brunch spot Larder for a two-day event starting today until tomorrow (Apr 8).
Mixing their usual charcuterie and brunch menu with Espinosa’s expertise, their two-day a la carte menu features dishes like chistorra (Mexican sausage), huevos rancheros (crispy tortilla with shiso and salsa roja), and chilaquiles (chips soaked in salsa verde, chicken, sour cream and fresh cheese).
Fans of Larder’s sandwiches can opt for torta de milanesa (Mexican sandwich with crispy beef sirloin, mayonnaise, chipotle chile, avocado smashed, tomato, and onion).
Larder, from Adrian Klonowski and Radek Zarebinski, launched its own new breakfast menu earlier this year, complete with personalized dishes and showcasing their Polish style, dubbed Brekkie 2.0. This spot has fast gained a name for serving dishes and ingredients you can’t get easily in Bangkok.
