Head to 100 Mahaseth’s birthday bash for free-flow beer and nose-to-tail treats
Go hog-wild.
Mark your calendars for the street party of the year. This Nov 11, 100 Mahaseth will be turning one and they’re going all out to celebrate.
Over the past year, the restaurant has brought nose-to-tail dining to Bangkok, serving uncompromised Isaan staples in a space that’s right at home near hipster Charoenkrung.
Chef Chalee Kader, the man behind Surface and Holy Moly, and partner Randy Noprapa of Fillets will be opening up the kitchen to churn out their famed nose-to-tail dishes, from beef short ribs and bone marrow to cured pork jowl and even whole pig's head.
The array of food stalls will also cater to the less strong-stomached with a somtam station, pho station, and a self-serve area offering meats straight from the grill.
For B700, you can spend your Sunday afternoon snacking to your heart’s content and quenching your thirst with free-flow self-serve beers from 3-9pm.
