Salvia, the warm, homey Italian restaurant at Grand Hyatt Erawan, has launched a spring menu featuring items made with Italian spring ingredients.

Diners will find new items made with produce from springtime in Italy, including white asparagus, spring truffle, zucchinis, tomatoes, and olives.

Chef Roberto Parentela showcases comfort dishes inspired by his childhood like the Gnocchetti sardi al ragu di salsiccia (Sardinian gnocchetti, sausage ragout, grana Padano, B380), tortelli ricotta e spinaci (handmade ravioli, spinach-ricotta filling, butter-sage sauce, truffle cream, B550), and frittatina di asparagi e tartufo (cage-free egg frittata, green asparagus, smoked provolone cream, spring truffle, B590).

Salvia, previously Tables Grill, features a friendly, homey atmosphere of potted trees and rattan furnishings surrounded by glass cabinets filled with Italian knick-knacks. Also of note at the Grand Hyatt Erawan is the new Gaston—a cool, stylish update on Spasso, which served Bangkok French fare for over 30 years.

The menu is currently available for both lunch and dinner until May 31.
