It’s November, the Christmas lights are going up and the countdown is officially on to the holiday season, so what better way to celebrate than stuffing your face? From Dec 21-Jan 1 Gaa’s special festive weekend brunch menu will get you in the spirit with its line-up of favorites from Asia’s Best Female Chef

Gaa kicked off its brunch series with two epicly filling feasts from guest chefs Palash Mitra of Hong Kong's New Punjab Club in September and Rosio Sanchez of Copenhagen’s Hija de Sanchez in November. Now, chef Garima Arora is going it alone with a set lunch menu (B3,400 short/B4,000 full 10 courses) that’s sure to incorporate her produce-centric approach to New Nordic- and Indian-influenced flavor combinations.

Though the menu is not yet set in stone, hits like Gaa’s grilled young corn served with corn milk; crab and coconut; and lamb keema pav with fresh greens and pickles are planned to feature, with vegetarian options also available—it may not be turkey and stuffing, but when it’s 30 degrees outside, who cares about tradition? The lunch menu will be available on weekends and Christmas Day (12-4pm, Dec 21, 22, 25, 28, 29) and evenings (from 6pm, full course only, through Jan 2).
