The star chef’s empire is back.

Fine-dining patrons rejoice as the eminent chef Gaggan Anand finally returns to Bangkok after closing during the pandemic doom.

Like many other chefs across the globe, the last few years have been a rollercoaster for Gaggan. The chef had been spending time collaborating with Singapore’s Mandala Club residency and left his outpost under the care of ex-Le Normandie Arnaud Dunand for three months.

“I miss cooking in Bangkok,” Gaggan Anand wrote as a tease on his personal Instagram post, revealing his upcoming chef tables in August. Reservations will become available this July.
