Little Bao's Truffle-Loaded Delight

Shari Shari's Healthier Substitute

This might be one of the most innovative fries on the list. Little Beast's wagyu cheese fries (B480) are a meal all on their own, but also make for a good shared plate. The thick wedges are topped with a melted cheese sauce and sprinkled with thick cubes of wagyu beef. The richness of the dish is played down with some fresh herbs and tomatoes.

SNP Headquarter's Glazed Fries

This hip-and-happening version of deli chain S&P has put some creative eggplant fries (B120) on their menu. The fries are crisp on the outside but soft and moist on the inside while the balsamic honey glaze adds a punch of flavor to the otherwise creamy vegetable.

This tiki-themed pub serves a wide variety of drinking food, but their cheesy curly fries (B170) may be the most rewarding. Even with the ooey-gooey cheese topping the fries stay crisp and crunchy.

The old-school Chinese shophouse serves up some of the most flavorful eggplant fries (B110) in town. They crisp fries are covered in a sweet and sticky sauce that's outrageously moreish--there's a reason the dish can be seen on almost every table when you visit.
