The well-liked Err Urban Rustic Thai—with a menu created by Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava and Dylan Jones from Bo.lan—will open a second location at the new Asai Bangkok Sathorn, which will open its doors May 15.

Err serves Thai fare (and cigarettes) and gained notoriety for their top-quality ingredients and full-bodied Thai tastes with playful drinking food alongside various fermented, grilled, and stir-fried dishes.

Formerly in Bangkok’s Old Town Tha Tien in 2015 and later occupying the same space as their first restaurant, Bo.lan, Err found a permanent home on Sukhumvit Soi 55 last year.

The Michelin-star winning chefs Bo and Dylan hit gold when they opened the much-hyped Bo.lan in 2008 and were well received when they reopened the hit dining experience last year from Mar-Dec.

Err and its much more accessible spot in Thonglor has been at the top of diners’ lists as well, and this Monday will be partnering with The Food Trust Chiang Mai and Chefs Paolo Vitaletti and Andy Ricker for a one-night only event.

The new Asai Bangkok Sathorn announced their opening in late March, and their previous location, Asai Bangkok Chinatown, hosts the Thai and Chinese flavors of Jam Jam.

While the opening date has not officially been announced, the Asai Bangkok Sathorn lists the opening hours of the new venue as having breakfast 6:30-10:30am and comfort recipes from 10:30am-11pm.
