Dusit Thani College (1 Soi Kaenthong [next to Seacon Square], Srinakarin Rd., 02-361-7811. www.dtc.ac.th) is joining hands with the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute of Osaka to offer “Authentic Japanese Cuisine Courses.” Try your hand at over 60 traditional recipes and learn all the culinary tips and tricks, from cooking rice and slicing fish to making bento, under the watchful eye of Japanese chef Haruaki Matsuoka. And not to worry, there are both English and Thai translators. The course runs for ten days (B60,000 for a total of 30 hours) and is available through May.
