Dean & DeLuca has unleashed a new menu devoted to Macao's unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese cuisines.
Until the end of October at five branches (Mahanakorn Cube, Central Embassy, EmQuartier, The Crystal and Bluport Hua Hin), you can try full-flavored fare like bacalhau a braz (shredded salted cod with fried potatoes and black olive, B195), caldo verde (chicken broth with Portuguese chorizo, B120) and braised pork belly in soya sauce, balichao (shrimp paste) and tamarind juice.
Top your meal off with an iced Macao-style milk tea with coffee jelly (B115).
