Hot on the heels of its recent pop-up at Phrom Phong’s Japanese Salon Rikyu, the much-loved chocolate cafe Choco Project finds its new home in Banthat Thong’s leafy Gallie Oasis.

Located next to the fish and chip specialist Fishmonger, the new spot sports a brutalist, minimalist space with bare concrete and brown wood furniture.

Like its first pop-up space at Phrom Phong, Choco Project whips up three different depths in their dark cacao drinks, ranging the mildest level No.1 to the darkest No. 3 (B160). The new highlight, however, sees the not-too-sweet chocolate mousse (B160) served alongside the bed of chocolate crumbles and topped with thick fresh cream. Those who prefer more fun flavors can order a cup of iced chocolate strawberry (B160), playing on sweet and slightly sour notes to refresh your taste buds.

The current pop-up will be available until Jan 2, so head there before it’s gone or wait until the next pop-up comes around.
