Three nights of French flair.

Between Mar 6-8, multi-award-winning chef Roland Durand will take over the kitchen at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant.

The French chef is best known for establishing the Michelin-starred Le Passiflore (now closed) in Paris back in 2001, before which he honed his craft at Le Pre Catelan, another Michelin-starred Paris establishment, and the iconic Savoy in London.

During his Bangkok visit, chef Roland will create special a la carte dishes (from B350) as well as a French-inspired five-course dinner (B2,200/person) spanning Burgundy snail-stuffed ravioli, French foie gras with mango and beetroot julienne, Maine lobster, roasted New Zealand lamb rack, strawberry shortbread and more.
