80/20 introduces a weekly-changing brunch menu, but only for a very limited time.

Our latest dining series, BK Brunch Club, is coming to 80/20! Here’s your chance to check out Charoenkrung’s hippest restaurant during the daylight hours.

Longtime fans of chefs Napol Jantraget and Saki Hoshino may remember that the restaurant used to deal in weekend brunch back in its early days, but a lot has changed since then.

2019 has seen 80/20 go upscale: kitchen bar seats, tasting menu, wine pairing and craft cocktails, culminating in a No. 11 position in BK’s Top Tables 2019 guide.

Fermentation remains at the heart of chef Napol’s cooking, while desserts by Japanese pastry chef Saki tend to forgo sweetness in favor of sublimely challenging new flavors.

This June and July offer an exclusive chance to try 80/20’s take on brunch. Pick your date (Jun 15, 16, 23 and 30 or Jul 7 and 14) and for B1,500++/person, you’ll be treated to a Thai-family-style feast inspired by summer, featuring local ingredients and plenty of fermentation techniques—the menu will change weekly, but expect the likes of mango salad with crispy red tail catfish, “black tom yum,” or roasted and smoked duck breast.

And what’s brunch without booze? Add another B500++/person for a special drinks package. See the full details and info on how to book here.

BK Brunch Club offers Bangkok’s best weekend feasts for five consecutive weekends running from Jun 15-Jul 14. Public bookings open on Jun 1, but Citi credit card members can already claim their spot. Visit bkrestaurantweek.com/brunch for all the info.
